We hired our first crew lead that spring, built a dedicated warehouse, and started documenting every step of our process to ensure consistent quality on every single job site.
In 2020 we upgraded our tools to include drone inspections and thermal imaging, allowing us to find leaks before they become disasters. We sent our entire team to advanced certification training that year, because roofing technology is evolving fast and we intend to lead the industry, not just follow it.
Today we manage a full fleet across Maryland, support a local trade apprenticeship, and serve communities from Baltimore to the coast. The team has grown, our methods are modern, and the handshake that seals our commitment remains the most important part of the job.
